Indoor: Competed at the Northern Sun Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Outdoor: Ran a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:30.02 at the USD Challenge… Placed 3rd in the 3000S with a time of 12:12.07 at the 2024 Red Raider Open… Ran a personal best in the 3000S and placed 6th with a time of 11:30.12 at the 2024 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2022-23:
Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 3000m at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 10:29.60… placed 2nd and ran a personal best in the mile at the SDSU Last Chance with a time of 5:12.81
Outdoor: Claimed personal bests in the 5,000m and 3,00m Steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with times of 18:12.41 and 11:40.02... Ran a personal best in the 1,500m at the Red Raider Open with a time of 4:57.95
