Indoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence… DMR First Team All-America... DMR National Qualifier...  NSIC DMR Champion... NSIC 1,000m Champion... Ran a personal best in the 800m at the Bison Open with a time of 2:16.63… ran a personal best in the 1000m with a time of 2:53.98.
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence… Member of the distance medley relay squad who placed first at the Drake Relays with a time of 11:42.58... Ran a personal best in the 1,500m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:30.98...Placed third at the Kip Jarvin Open in the 1,500m with a time of 4:36.32

2021-22:
Indoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … Placed third in the 1,000m at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 25-26, running a personal best time of 2:57.82 … Placed 10th in the mile at the conference meet.
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … Ran a season-best time of 17:39.05 in the 5,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational … Ran a season-best time of 4:39.52 in the 1,500m at the Minnesota State Open.

2020-21 (Redshirt Freshman):
Indoor: Academic All NSIC … Earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in the 3,000m ... Placed fourth in the 3,000m at the NSIC Championships with a time of 10:13.41 and placed fifth in the 5,000m at the conference meet running 17:53.86 … Ran a personal-best in the mile at the SDSU Last Chance meet on Feb. 20 running a time of 4:58.08 … Ran a personal-best in the 3,000m at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 13 in a time of 9:55.85.
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … Ran a personal best 4:38.70 in the 1,500m at the Sioux City Relays on Apr. 16 … Ran a personal best 17:10.39 in the 5,000m at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet.

2019-20 (Freshman):
Indoor: Recorded personal best in the 1,000 meter at the SDSU DII Invitational on Jan. 24 with a time of 3:01.86 (sixth-place), 3,000 meter at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 10:10.08 (fifth-place), mile at the Maverick Invitational on Feb. 21 with a time of 5:05.35 and 800 meter at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 29 with a time of 2:20.19. 
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19

High School: Salas graduated from Saint Michael-Albertville High School in May of 2019. She made the All-Conference team throughout all four years of high school. 

Personal: Salas was born on Dec. 11, 2000 in Leesburg, Virginia, to parents Danny and Amy Salas. She has two siblings, Megan and Max, and enjoys drinking coffee, tanning, watching movies and spending time with friends and family. She plans to major in Biology while at Augustana.
