Indoor: Ran a personal best in the 300m at the SDSU Holiday Open and Multi with a time of 42.52.
Outdoor: Placed 2nd in the 400H with a time of 1:04.37 at the USD Challenge… Placed 1st in the 400H with a time of 1:05.58 at the 2024 Red Raider Open… Placed 2nd in the 400H with a time of 1:03.12 at the Maverick Open… Competed at the 2024 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2022-23:
Indoor: Placed third in the 400m dash at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi with a time of 1:00.38
Outdoor: Claimed a personal best and fifth fastest time in program history in the 400m hurdles at the Kip Jarvin Invite marking a time of 1:01.80Â
2021-22:
Indoor: Placed seventh in the 600m at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 25-26, running 1:38.82 … Was a part of the 4x400m relay that placed fifth at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 25-26, running 3:58.48 … Ran a personal best time of 1:36.28 in the 600m at the SDSU Last Chance Meet on Feb. 19 … Ran a personal best time of 8.61 in the 60m at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 5 … Had a personal best point total of 3,053 in the pentatlon at the SDSU Holiday Open & Multi on Dec. 3-4.

Outdoor: Scored a personal best 3,955 points in the heptathlon at the Northwestern Red Raider Open on Apr. 9-10 … Had a personal best 4-11 in the high jump at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 23 … Had two personal bests at the NSIC & Friends Outdoor Challenge on May 1, running 1:02.64 for the 400m hurdles and a jump of 17-10.75 in the long jump.
