Senior (2017): NSIC Offensive Player of the Week (Nov. 13) … Academic NSIC All-Conference … started in all 31 matches she played in … accounted for 261 kills, 2.31 kills-per-set with a .281 hitting percentage during her senior campaign. She accumulated 52 digs and 115 blocks, 13 of them being solo. Her 115 total blocks ranked third in the NSIC and 60th in the country. Bailey’s .281 hitting percentage ranked 19th in the conference and her 1.02 blocks-per-set ranked fourth in the NSIC and 84th nationally.

Junior (2016):  All-NSIC First Team … NSIC Defensive Player of the Week (Oct. 3) … started 30 of the 33 matches she played in …  ranked 27th in the Division II for total blocks with 134 …  ranked 40th in the country with a blocks per set average of 1.09 … ranked 15th nationally for hitting percentage at .369 … had season-highs with 10 digs against SD Mines, 16 kills against MSU Moorhead, one assist against Bemidji State, 20.5 points against No. 1 Minnesota Duluth and five services aces in the NCAA second round against Southwest Minnesota State … set a career-high with eight blocks in a match twice against Upper Iowa and Nebraska-Kearney … averaged 2.48 kills per set … through three seasons Koch ranks eighth in career attack percentage at .299 … ended the season with a career best 305 kills, .369 hitting percentage, five assists, a career best 14 service aces, career best 78 digs, and a career best 134 total blocks

Redshirt Junior (2015): Bailey sat out the 2015 season as a redshirt

Sophomore (2014): Started in 13 matches and played in 106 sets … third on team with 236 total kills (2.23 per set), swinging at a .215 attack percentage (236-107-600) … tallied double digit kills nine times … 600 attack attempts were fourth-most on the team … recorded 63 total digs … third on team with 76 total blocks (2 solo, 74 assists) … tallied a career-high 15 kills against Wayne State on Sept. 16 … recorded a career-best eight digs against Colorado Christian on Sept. 5 … reached six total blocks on three different occasions … and recorded a career-best 36 attacks against Bemidji State on Sept. 20. 

Freshman (2013): Appeared in 11 matches, making five starts, and playing in 22 total sets … totaled 41 (1.86 per set) kills with a .337 attack percentage (41-12-86) … recorded 14 total blocks (13 assists, one solo) … recorded five kills and .667 attack percentage in collegiate debut against American International on Sept. 7 … recorded season-high 11 kills against University of Mary on Nov. 16.

High School: 2013 graduate of Litchfield High School … four-year letterwinner and three-year starter … named captain of the Dragons her senior season and led them to a school-best finish by advancing to sub-section finals … racked up 478 kills her senior season to pair with 231 digs, 79 blocks, and 68 service aces … tallied 836 kills and 480 digs over her final two years of prep competition … earned All-State and All-Conference honors as a senior and All-Section accolades as a junior and senior.
