2024: Appeared in 23 matches and 91 sets … swung for 100 kills averaging 1.10 kills per set … added on 13 blocks, 29 service aces, and 207 digs … recorded a career high 18 digs against Northern St. on Sept. 18 … NSIC All-Academic Team.

2023: Did not officially compete for Augustana … NSIC Fall Academic Team of Excellence.

2022: Appeared in 26 matches and 95 sets during her sophomore year… averaged 1.74 kills, .76 blocks and .69 digs per set… recorded a career-high 15 kills against Southwest Minnesota State (10/20)... tallied a career-high nine blocks against Southwest Minnesota State (10/20) and Upper Iowa (10/23)... achieved a career-high 13 digs against UMary (10/15).. Tallied 165 kills, 72 blocks, 66 blocks and 13 assists on the year… Fall Academic Team of Excellence.

2021: Appeared in 30 matches and played in 115 sets during her freshman year averaged 1.34 kills, 1.01 blocks and 0.57 digs per set … recorded a season-high 10 kills against Minnesota Duluth (11/12) … recorded a season-high 9 blocks against Upper Iowa (10/23) … tallied 154 kills, 116 total blocks 66 digs and 16 assists on the year. 

High School: A 2021 graduate of Stewartville High School in Stewartville, Minn. … four-year letter winner … two-year starter … In her senior year, Stecher had 21 aces, 82 kills, 20 blocks and 87 digs in ten games … Was part of the 2020 PB All-Area volleyball team … In her junior year, Stecher was part of the 2019 Class AA State Championship team.

Personal: Born on 04/01/2003 in Stewartville, Minn., to Brett and Traci Stecher … plans to major in nursing while at Augustana.
