Augustana University Athletics

Junior (2017): In her first season with the Vikings, Nasby helped Augustana win 23 matches, including victories over three top-10 teams and a trip to the NSIC semifinal round. Nasby participated in five matches on the season. 

Prior to Augustana: Nasby, a native of Jackson, Minnesota, is transferring to Augustana from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, where she was a two-year letterwinner and starter. She played in 60 matches over the last two seasons as a defensive specialist for the Knights. In two seasons at Wartburg, Nasby recorded 694 digs, 117 assists and 39 service aces. During the 2016 season, she recorded 474 digs and 31 aces on her way to IIAC All-Conference honors. Nasby was named IIAC Defensive Player of the Week twice during the 2016 campaign. 

Nasby is a 2015 graduate of Jackson County Central High School where she earned first team all-state honors as a senior. She earned all-state honorable mention honors as a junior and earned all-academic honors in four straight seasons while also being a member of the National Honor Society.
