2021 (Senior): Appeared in 30 matches and played in 115 sets during her senior year … averaged 1.74 digs per set … tallied 199 digs, 24 assists and 13 service aces on the year … Named to the NSIC Fall Academic Team of Excellence.

2020 (Junior): Named to the NSIC Fall Academic Team of Excellence … fall season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 (Sophomore): Played in 107 sets this season ... recorded a season-high four digs against Bemidji State (10/25) ... recorded a season-high three aces against Adams State (9/7) … finished the season with 19 service aces and 37 digs ... earned a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2018 (Freshman): Appeared in 15 matches and played in 29 sets during her freshman season … had a career-high seven digs vs. Charleston on Aug. 25 … on the year she registered 1 kill, 3 assists, 2 services aces and 23 digs.

High School: In her senior season with Pleasant Valley, Ruff's 261 digs and 27 aces helped the Spartans compile a 24-2 record and win the Mississippi Athletic Conference. A first team All-Conference selection, she was picked to participate in the Iowa All-Star game and the Iowa vs. Illinois All-Star game. During her junior season, Ruff finished with 352 digs, 52 aces and was named first team All-Conference and second team All-Metro.

Personal: Born on 4/19/00 in Dubuque, Iowa to Eric and Stacey Ruff ... plans on studying Biology with hopes to become either a distinguished physical therapist or physician's assistant.
