Senior (2017): All-Academic NSIC … started in all 32 matches she played in … was second on the team with 343 kills which ranked 14th in the NSIC … tallied 2.91 kills-per-set placing her with the 13th most kills-per-set in the conference … she racked up 75 digs and 55 blocks, 11 of them solo. Lauren had a career-high 51 attacks at Sioux Falls on Sept. 16, 2017. She also accumulated a career-high five blocks at Lindenwood on Sept. 8, 2017. Waite had a career-best two solo blocks at Bemidji State on Nov. 4, 2017.

Junior (2016): 2016 NCAA Central Region All-Tournament Team … Academic All-NSIC … started five of the 33 matches she played in … helped the Vikings reach the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2008 … had season-highs of six digs against MSU Moorhead, 22 kills against Southwest Minnesota State, one assist against MSU Moorhead, 22 points and SMSU, four aces against MSUM … in the last three matches of the year she averaged 19.6 kills per match … she ended the season with 198 kills, a hitting percentage of .243, two assists, 12 service aces, 51 digs, 22 total blocks and 222 points

Sophomore (2015): Lauren started 16 of the 26 matches she played in, while playing in 87 sets … In her first season of action she had 225 kills, including an attacking percentage of .259 … Her 225 kills was good for the third on the team … Lauren averaged 2.59 kills per set which was the top mark for the team … Had 12 matches with double-digit kills, including a streak of five straight from 10/17-11/06 … She posted a career-high 21 kills on the road against St. Cloud State while posting a .400 attack percentage against the Huskies … She earned three assists on the season … Lauren had five service aces with a serving percentage of .832 … Earned 87 digs on the year, including a career-high 10 in her first collegiate match against Pittsburg State on 9/4 in Topeka, Kan. … Lauren earned three solo blocks, 33 assisted blocks and 36 total blocks … Her 36 total blocks was good for sixth on the team … She had 249.5 points on the year, while averaging 2.87 points per set … in the NSIC Tournament Lauren posted 16 kills on 39 attempts against the No. 2 Mustangs of Southwest Minnesota State.

Freshman (2014): Sat out season as a redshirt
