2023-24: Finished 13-5 overall and 7-3 in duals…took first at DWU Open with five wins…recorded 24 takedowns, 12 escapes, four major decisions and three falls

2022-23: Finished 14-11 overall and 6-5 in duals … went 4-1 at the Yellowjacket open, finishing fifth … went 3-2 at the DWU Open … placed fifth at the NCAA Super Region V Tournament after going 2-2 … logged 28 takedowns, four technical falls, and five falls.

2021-22: Went 15-5 overall … logged 24 takedowns, 16 escapes, six reversals, eight two-point nearfalls, 18 four-point nearfalls, two major decisions, three technical falls and seven falls … placed third at the Jimmie Open … placed second at the Hastings Open.

High School: Simmonds is a 2021 graduate of Martin County West High School ... as a junior, Simmonds took home third-place at state. 

Personal: Simmonds was born in Okoboji, Iowa ... majoring in business management.
