2022-23: Finished 14-8 overall and 5-6 in duals … went 3-1 at the Yellowjacket Open, placing third … placed third at the DWU Open after posting a 5-1 record … logged 33 takedowns, three major decisions, and three falls.

2021-22: Academic All-NSIC ... went 11-6 overall … logged 18 takedowns, 11 escapes, one reversal, one two-point nearfall, one four-point nearfall, two major decisions and two falls … placed third at the Hastings Open … placed second at the North Country Open.

2020-21: Academic All-NSIC honors… Saw action in one match during the season.

2019-20: NWCA Scholar All-American ... went 21-16 overall and 6-7 in duals at 157 pounds with three falls, four major decisions and one tech fall … recorded 41 takedowns, three reversals, 51 escapes, two two-point nearfalls, three four-point nearfalls, and five riding time points.

2018-19: Sat out as a red shirt … competed unattached and had an overall record of 20-11 at 157 pounds … recorded seven falls and two major decisions on the season.

High School: 2018 Graduate of Jackson County Central High School … went 38-6 his junior year... three time state qualifier... three time all-conference... has JCC record for most takedowns... member of MN/USA Greco and Freestyle Dual Team Member.

Personal: Son of Eric and Barb Tvinnereim … was born in Worthington, Minn. on January 4, 2000 … is studying Computer Science.
