Augustana University Athletics

High School: Long is a four-year starter and team captain for the Thunderbirds. As a junior, Long went 46-1 on his way to a third-place finish at state. He was an Academic All-State honoree, District Champion, Conference Champion, NWCA Character and Leadership All-America Award and Award of Excellence for Sportsmanship honoree. He went 50-3 and was a state runner-up as a sophomore and adds 43 wins and a third-place finish at state as a freshman. 
 
Personal: Kellen is the son of Dale and Lindsey Long. He plans to major in sports management at Augustana.
