2025-26: All-NSIC First Team ... went 25-10 overall and 11-5 in duals ... totaled 78 takedowns and 31 escapes ... recorded four tech falls and eight major decisions ... took fifth place at the Super Region V Tournament ... went 7-1 against NSIC foes. 

2024-25: Went 18-10 while maintaining his redshirt ... recorded 59 takedowns, 19 escapes and 23 nearfall points ... tallied three pins, three tech falls and four major decisions ... Won the MSU Moorhead Open ... Earned first place at the Northland Open ... placed seventh at the Worthington Open.

High School: Three-year starter and letterwinner at Wayzata High School…2024 state champion…finished third in state while earning all-state honors as a junior…did the same in sophomore season

Personal: Son of Dave and Molly Koenen…has one younger brother…enjoys hanging out with friends
