2022-23: Finished 5-7 overall … logged 12 takedowns, two major decisions, and two falls

2021-22: Went 2-6 overall… logged five takedowns, 12 escapes and one two-point nearfall.

High School: A 2021 graduate of Edina High School ... earned all-conference honorable mention all four years of high school, was a state entrant during his sophomore, junior and senior seasons, and went 30-7 as a senior, 38-7 as a junior, 42-7 as a sophomore and 22-16 as a freshman. 

Personal: Nebel was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, to parents Jamie and Luis Nebel ... has two siblings and enjoys weight lifting and ultimate frisbee ... majoring in athletic training.
