Paddy Devlin was added to the Augustana coaching staff in the spring of 2026.
Devlin spent four seasons as an assistant coach at SMSU. There, he served as wide receivers coach and film coordinator while helping as an assistant passing game coordinator. He led receiver meetings, film breakdowns and analysis and assisted in gameplanning.
In 2025, Devlin mentored wide receiver Colin Maher to All-NSIC second team honors after ranking sixth in the NSIC in receiving yards and ninth in receptions. His group also excelled in the classroom as Tryg Auten earned CSC Academic All-District honors and four Mustang receivers were named Academic All-NSIC.
Devlin was a four-year member of the SMSU football team from 2018-21 after transferring from South Dakota State. He caught 18 passes for 197 yards and one touchdown during his senior season in 2021.
He has his bachelor of science from Southwest Minnesota State University.
