Deryk Marks (5-10, 180, Jr., Catcher, Cottage Grove, Minn. / Iowa Central CC) had an impressive debut for Augustana. In two games against Rockhurst, Marks went 5-for-6 with 3 doubles, 3 RBI and 2 runs scored. For the weekend, he had a 1.333 slugging percentage. After going 1-for-2 in the Vikings’ 13-2 win, Marks went 4-for-4 in the nightcap. Three of his hits were doubles.
