#20 Dajon Newell (RB, 5-10, 185, So., Lakeville, Minn.) rushed for 122 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries in a 61-0 win over Minnesota, Crookston on Saturday at Kirkeby-Over Stadium. With the Vikings leading 14-0 early in the first quarter, Newell brought Augustana deep into UMC territory with a 30-yard run and followed that with a 9-yard touchdown run for his first score of the season. The sophomore running back then scored his second touchdown of the game on a one-yard plunge into the end zone just three plays into the second quarter. Newell finished the first half with 115 yards and two touchdowns on 10 carries.
