#26 Annie Thoresen (F, 5-10, Jr., Minnetonka, Minn. / Minnetonka High School) recorded a hat trick for Augustana over the weekend in a convincing 4-1 win over Wayne State. The Minnetonka, Minn. native scored her first goal of the game in the 36th minute of the first half off a deflection. The junior then scored her second goal of the contest off a Katie Hurd pass that found the back of the net from the right side of the field with 39 seconds remaining before halftime. Thoresen’s third and final goal came in the 62th minute of the match, with Jessica Madson assisting on the play. Her three goals tied for second most in goals scored in a game in Augustana history, and gave the forward a team-leading four goals on the year.
