Katie Jesperson (Sr., Elk River, Minn./Elk River HS) stayed perfect in 2014 with dominating doubles wins and calculated singles victories. Combining with Jessa Richards at the top doubles spot for Augustana, Jesperson showed off their No. 2 region ranking in doubles with two 8-0 wins over Minnesota State and U-Mary, their third and fourth shutout wins of the season. In singles, Jesperson allowed just four games in as many sets, validating her No. 5 region ranking in singles. Jesperson notched a 6-0, 4-1 victory over MSU's top singles player then tallied her fifth win of the 2014 season with a 6-2, 6-1 win against U-Mary.
