Casey Schilling, a 6-foot-6 forward from Ellsworth, Minn., registered back-to-back double doubles, including two 20-point performances as the Vikings opened the season 2-0 at the Sanford Pentagon Basketball Showcase. Schilling averaged 24 points, 12 rebounds, 3.5 assists to go along with two blocks and two steals in wins over Washburn and Pittsburg State.

He started off the weekend with 23 points, 12 rebounds and four assists against Washburn on Friday night and added 25 points, 12 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steals in Saturday’s win over Pittsburg State. Schilling shot 72 percent from the field and was 3 of 8 from 3-point range.Â
