Broke the school record as she registered a first-place finish at the Vance Butler Memorial Invitational this past Friday. Almarcha clocked a 13.99-second to take the top mark in the 100-meter hurdles.The sophomore also helped the Augustana women's 4x100-meter relay squad to a third-place finish with a time of 49.28. Almarcha now owns the school record in the outdoor 100-meter hurdles and is a member of the indoor 60-meter record-holding team.
