Lauren Waite is a red-shirt freshman from Sergeant Bluff, Iowa. Waite had a solid week for the Vikings volleyball team, helping them get back on the winning track with sweeps against Minnesota Crookston and Bemidji State. Waite set a career high hitting percentage at .650 with 13 kills on 20 attempts against Crookston. Waite had an all around solid performance against the Golden Eagles with eight digs and two total blocks. Waite had an equally impressive night against Bemidji State with nine kills, four digs and four total blocks.
