Alex Fink is a 6-2 senior member of the Augustana baseball team. Fink is from Springfield, Minn. And is majoring in Physical Education. Fink has been a four year member of the baseball team and has climbed the record boards since day one. This past weekend against Upper Iowa Fink became the programs all-time leader in hits with 270, he is now at 273. He also broke the single season doubles record with his 29th double in game four of their series against the Peacocks. Just a week before Fink also broke the program’s career doubles record with 55, he now has 64, and became the all-time leader in RBIs with 192, he now has 207. Fink is currently tied for the most at-bats in program history with 697. He has a career batting average of .392, fifth best in program history, has played in 193 games which is the sixth most in school history, he has also scored 172 career runs which is the third most at Augustana.
