Anna Sykora is a senior setter from Rapid City, S.D. Sykora ended her amazing volleyball career in the NCAA Tournament last weekend. Sykora set a career-high in assists with 60 in the Vikings first round win against No. 2 Nebraska-Kearney. Sykora became the first Vikings since 2013 to reach the 60 assist plateau. Sykora added 54 assists in the Vikings second round loss to No. 3 Southwest Minnesota State. Her 114 assists over the two match span earned her NCAA All-Central Region Tournament honors. Sykora added 11 digs against UNK and eight against SMSU. Sykora added a total of seven kills in the tournament while earning a service ace in each match of the NCAA Tournament.
