Jacob James is a senior outfielder from Rapid City, S.D. James had a great weekend at the plate for the Vikings with a team-high .524 batting average in their six games. James picked up 11 hits in 21 at-bats with one double. He drove in five runs while scoring eight. He posted a slugging percentage of .571 and an on-base percentage of .545. James was perfect on the base paths going 4-for-4 in stolen bases. He was also perfect in the field with a 1.000 field percentage and five putouts.
