Tyler Mitzel led the Vikings to a 4-0 win over Upper Iowa on March 28. Mitzel tossed a complete game shutout in game one against Upper Iowa and hurled a career-high eight strikeouts. Mitzel forced three Peacock double plays and allowed on four hits with no walks, good for a .174 opponent batting avg. Mitzel moves to 3-0 on the season with a 2.60 ERA.
