Blakeslee, a freshman from Cannon Falls, Minn., covered the 5K course at the Charles Bowles Invitational in Willamette, Ore. in 17:54.73, earning her seventh place. The time was a personal best for Blakeslee and her performance was instrumental in leading the Vikings to a 2nd place finish in the event. Blakeslee was named NSIC Runner of the Week for her performance.
