Jordan Dalton (G, 5-8, Sr., Waukegan, Ill. / Warren Township HS) led Augustana to a 3-0 record last week with wins over Montana State-Billings, Concordia-St. Paul and ninth-ranked St. Cloud State. Dalton entered the week having not scored in double figures in his entire career, but put together a pair of double-digit scoring performances this week. He scored 11 points, dished out 6 assists and had 4 steals in the win over MSU Billings. Although he scored just 2 points against Concordia, Dalton still managed 4 assists and 4 steals while making his only field goal attempt. In the St. Cloud State game, Dalton poured in a career-high 16 points, grabbed 3 rebounds, handed out 4 assists and had 1 steal as the Vikings improved to 5-0. For the week, Dalton averaged 9.7 points, 2.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 3.0 steals per game. He shot 76.9 percent from the field, making 10 of 13 shots, including a 3-for-5 effort from 3-point range. He was also 6 of 9 at the free throw line.
