Megan Doyle (5-7, Jr., Guard, Alexandria, S.D. / Hanson HS) put together back-to-back double-double performances this week to help Augie to a 2-1 record. She started the week by scoring 16 points and pulling down 11 rebounds in a 67-57 win over Mt. Marty on Tuesday. She also collected two assists, two blocks, and one steal in that contest. On Friday, Doyle matched that effort with another double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds in a 82-65 win over Bemidji State. She was 46.7 percent (7 of 15) from the field and recorded four blocks and a team-high six steals. In a 81-63 loss to Minnesota Duluth, Doyle scored 11 points and dished out four assists. For the week, Doyle shot 43.2 percent (17 of 37) from the field and 33.3 percent (5 of 15) from 3-point range. She also averaged 14.3 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 2.3 steals.
