Augustana Game Notes

The Augustana College football team kicks off the 2005 season this week as the Vikings travel to St. Paul, Minn., to face the Concordia-St. Paul Golden Bears. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at Griffin Stadium (6,000). It will be the season-opening game for the Golden Bears as well. The contest will usher in a new era of Viking football as former player and assistant coach Brad Salem takes over as head coach.
