The Vikings (3-1) outscored the Beavers (0-5) 37-14 in the first half as they picked up their second straight road win.
Augustana shot very well in the first half, connecting on 46.2 percent (12 of 26) of its shots. The Vikings were also 5 of 14 from 3-point range and 8 of 8 from the free throw line.
Bemidji State wasn't as fortunate. The Beavers made only 3 of 22 field goal attempts (13.6 percent) in the first half.
The Vikings controlled the game from the outset, scoring the first 13 points of the game. The Vikings held BSU scoreless until the 12:37 mark when Arron Evans hit a 3-pointer to make the score 13-3. Marques Ramos made a basket moments later to make it a 13-5 game. But that was as close as the Beavers would get the rest of the game.

Kenny Hartzell was the third Viking in double figures with 11 points.
