The Augustana volleyball team fell 1 spot to No. 17 in this week's CSTV/AVCA Division II Coaches Top 25 Poll, the AVCA announced today.
The Vikings, who were 16th last week, went 1-1 last week. Augustana opened the week by going on the road to sweep Northern State before falling in 4 close games to then-No. 2 Minneosota Duluth. UMD replaced Tampa as the new No. 1 team in the country.
Augustana heads into the final week of the regular season with a 17-10 overall record and a 5-5 mark in the North Central Conference.
The Vikings conclude the regular season with a pair of road matches. On Friday Augustana plays at North Dakota for a 7 p.m. match before visiting St. Cloud State on Saturday for a 4 p.m. match.
