Augustana's
Molly Clark has been named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week, the NSIC office announced today.
Clark, a junior from Fargo, N.D., set a new Howard Wood Dakota Relays record with a time of 10:54.54 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase, beating the old record of 10:56.68 set by former Augustana standout
Rachel Stangler in 2007. Clark's time was an NCAA Division II automatic qualifying mark.
Clark is currently ranked 10th in the nation in the steeplechase with a season-best time of 10:49.72.
