WAYNE, Neb. - Augustana shot a second-round score of 312 to finish 56-over-par 632 and place fifth at the Wayne State Invite Saturday afternoon in Wayne, Neb.
Eric Hieb finished eighth for the Vikings (79, 73) at 8-over-par 152.
Just missing a top-10 finish was
Adam Walsh. He shot a second-round score of 77 and was 9-over-par 153 to place 11th.
Augustana's B team finished seventh at 71-over-par 647.
Luke Robison registered the best finish for the Vikings' B team, shooting a second round score of 79 to finish 15-over 159.
Wayne State ran away with the title (587).
Next up for the Vikings is the Upper Iowa Invitational in Waterloo, Iowa April 4 and 5.
