REGIONAL RANKINGS | NATIONAL RANKINGS
NEW ORLEANS - The Augustana women's and men's cross country teams continue to rank high in the regional and national rankings conducted by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. The women are ranked third in the Central Region and seventh in the country, while the men are fourth regionally and eighth nationally.
The women made no movement in either poll this week.
The men retained their regional position but fell two spots nationally.
Last weekend, both teams captured runner-up finishes at the Roy Griak Invitational in Minneapolis.
Augustana heads to the Wisconsin-Parkside Invitational Oct. 8. It's the Vikings' last event before the NSIC Championship.
