SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Saturday's home football contest with Bemidji State marks the 40th Annual Shrine Game. Festivities for this year's event include a pre-game parade and lunch.
A Shrine parade featuring regional units begins at 10 a.m. The route begins at 31st Street and Grange Avenue and will continue on Grange.
At 11 a.m., the Augustana soccer team hosts Minnesota, Crookston at Morstad Field. Kent and Judy Morstad, the field's namesakes, will be honored prior to the game for their gift to the facility.
The Vikingland tailgate area opens at 11:30 a.m. Lunch includes a brat, chips, cookie and soda. Food is free for Augustana Athletic Club Members and $6 for others.
Kickoff against the Beavers is set for 1 p.m. from Kirkeby-Over Stadium.
