SANTA ROSA, Calif. – Augustana recorded a fourth-place finish at the 12-team Sonoma State Invite shooting a 620 in Santa Rosa, Calif. on Tuesday. The Vikings shot a 307 yesterday and a 313 this afternoon, led by
Allie Ostrander who fired an eight-over-par 152 to finish ninth overall.
British Columbia University took the team title shooting a 602 (301-301) and had the individual medalist Kylie Barros, who shot a one-over-par 145.
Emily Kvidera shaved one stroke off her first round score of 78 and shot a 77 today to finish 18th at 11-over-par 155.
Marisa Toivonen shot identical rounds of 78 both days to finish 12-over-par 156 and in 21st.
Maggie Leland finished in a tie for 27th shooting a 13-over-par 157 (76-81) and
Jennifer Pederson finished 37th at 16-over 160 (78-82).
This was the final tournament of the fall season for the Augustana women's golf team.
