SIOUX FALLS, S.D. –The Augustana/Sam Milanovich Golf Tournament was held last Friday at Willow Run Golf Course in Sioux Falls, S.D. A total of 142 golfers broken into 31 teams made the event a success.
The low gross team was Mitch Begeman, Chris Gross, Joe Krabbenhoft, Lou Krabbenhoft and Chris Nickles with a 56. The low net team was Mike Aldrich,
Bob Hall, Warren Kersten, Steve Olinger and
James Schrenk with a 51.
The Texas Scramble-style tournament also featured putting, longest drive and nearest to pin contests throughout the various holes. Below is a breakdown of the winners.

The tournament is named in honor of Sam Milanovich, an Augustana basketball player and 1973 graduate, who died of cancer in July 1992. Proceeds support the Sam Milanovich Endowed Scholarships, which are awarded to student-athletes who attend Augustana.
