FINAL RESULTS
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Maggie Leland shot a four-over-par 75 to win the individual title as well as led the women's golf team to an easy win over the University of Sioux Falls and Southwest Minnesota State. As a team, the Viings shot 307, 23-over-par, to win by 30 strokes over second place Sioux Falls.
Augustana placed the top five finishers in Leland taking the title,
Emily Kvidera in second (76),
Allie Ostrander at third (77), and
Jennifer Pederson (79) and
JoDee Wheeler (79) tied for fourth with an individual from Sioux Falls.
Marisa Toivonen shot an 80, good enough for seventh place, to secure six of the top seven spots for Augustana and seven of the top 10 finishers with
Katie Grevlos (82) placing 10th.
The Vikings now head to Bolivar, MO for the Lady Panther Fall Shootout on Sept. 10 and 11.
