SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Augustana opens up the 2013 season with a weekend road trip against a pair of Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association foes. First up for the Vikings is Northeastern State Friday night on DeLoache Field at 7 p.m. in Tahlequah, Okla. Augustana also plays Sunday in Joplin, Mo. against Missouri Southern at noon.
This is the first meeting between Augustana and Northeastern State in each program's history. On Sunday, the Vikings hope to avenge their previous two losses as Augustana and Missouri Southern meet for only the third time ever.
