Ashley Limmer made history on Senior Day for Augustana in a 2-1 win over the University of Mary on Sunday. Limmer became the Vikings' all-time career wins leader in net, picking her 25th in the victory.
Augustana improved its record to 13-3 (11-2 in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference), while the Marauders dropped to 5-8-3 (4-7-2 NSIC) in the loss.
The Vikings' 13 wins this season have also tied the most for a team in a single season, matching the team total from 2008.
Limmer had four saves in the win in the victory for Augustana. The Brandon, S.D. native's career record of 25-17-1 is the best by a Viking goalkeeper in program history.

Samantha Tymkowicz scored Augustana's two goals, both in the second half of play.
Mary's Mykala Benjamin picked up her first goal of the year in defeat.
The Vikings outshot the Marauders 21-15 on the day, improving their record to 11-0 when getting up more shots than their foes in 2014.
The first half saw both teams battling for chances and possession of the ball despite windy conditions at Morstad Field. Neither team was able to take advantage, resulting in a scoreless tie at the half.
Mary broke the tie midway through the second half, taking the 1-0 lead on Benjamin's goal in the 66th minute. Michelle McGeary was credited with the assist on the play.
Augustana responded just five minutes later when Tymkowicz scored the equalizer, snapping a six-game scoreless streak for the Sioux City, Iowa native. The forward now has tallied six goals on the year, tied for second most on the team.
Jessica Madson, making her third start this season, recorded her second assist of 2014 on the Tymkowicz goal.
Main delivered the game-winning goal in the 78th minute of regulation, scoring off a
Sierra Erickson pass that put the Vikings up for good at 2-1. It was Main's second goal of the year and Erickson's first assist in her Augustana career.
The Vikings will return to action on Friday, Oct. 31 in a matchup with Sioux Falls at Morstad Field. Start time is set for 4 p.m.
