DANVILLE, Ark. – Augustana men's golf finished 15th out of 17 teams on Tuesday at the David Falconer Memorial Invite. The Vikings shot a 317 (29 over par) as a team in the final round at the Chamberlyne Country Club.

Augustana's 317 in the final round on Tuesday was one shot better than Monday's first round result. Henderson State won the tournament shooting a combined 580 for the two rounds, good for four over par.

Collin Hammer led all Vikings by placing 46th, moving up 13 spots on the leaderboard on Tuesday, in the event after posting a two-day score of 11-over-par 155 (79-76). Hammer's 76 in the second round was the lowest score in either round for all Augustana golfers.

Southern Nazarene's Michael Hearne took home individual medalist with a combined score of 140 (68-72), four under par.  Hearne won by two shots over Henderson State's Matt Jennings, who finished the tournament with a two-under-par 142.

Drew Trautman finished tied for 68th after posting a score of 159 (77-82).

Clay Kopplin shot a 79 in the final round, bringing his two-day total to 160 (81-79), resulting in a tie for 73rd.

Tyler Jensvold placed 75th after firing an 80 in the second round to give him a combined score of 161 (80-81).

Kyle Kopplin went up three spots on the leaderboard after his second-round score of 90 gave him a 179 for his final total, good for a tie at 89th place.

The Vikings will return to action on the Mar. 30 for the Quarry Oaks Collegiate in Ashland, Neb.
