WINONA, Minn. - The Augustana track and field team put together a solid showing at the NSIC Outdoor Championships in Winona, Minn. on Saturday. The Vikings recorded four top finishes, two school records and had 18 student-athletes obtain 22 All-NSIC accolades.

"I'm very pleased with how both teams performed today at the NSIC Championships," head coach Tracy Hellman said of his team on Saturday. "We had some outstanding performances and it was our best team performance of the season. With a young team and an exciting future class, we are optimistic that we can continue to build momentum for future years."

Leading the charge on Saturday was the women's 4x100 relay team that took first and set a new school record. The team of Sara Heyn, Alaina Klapperich, Selin Dikmen and Callie DeWitt took first in the race and set a new school record, eclipsing the record they set earlier this season.
