BURNSVILLE, Minn. -- After compiling a stellar 12-2-1 NSIC record throughout the regular season, the Augustana women's soccer team had seven student-athletes take home All-NSIC accolades, the conference office announced Thursday morning.

Seniors, and Sioux Falls natives, Peyton Stenzel, Grace Behm and Morgan Moe were named to the All-NSIC First Team.

Stenzel, a midfielder, started every NSIC game for the Vikings and scored a goal and tallied six assists in those contests. She has been instrumental to the Vikings on both sides of the ball and is one of four on the team with over 1,300 minutes played and seventh on the team in points.

Behm, a forward, has been an offensive juggernaut for Augustana this season. In her 15 NSIC matches she scored six goals, added an assist, totaled 52 shots, placed 36 of those shots on goal and has notched three game-winning goals.

Moe, a defender, has been the backbone of the Vikings defense throughout the season. She earned NSIC Defender of the Week honors twice this season and has played in 1,315 of the 1,386 conference minutes this season. She leads Augustana in minutes played and is one of three Vikings that has started every game this season. Offensively, she scored the game-winning goal against Minnesota Duluth on Oct. 4 and logged an assist against SMSU on Sept. 20.

Four other Vikings collected All-NSIC accolades. Sophomore forward Morgan Keirstead was named to the All-NSIC Second Team, sophomore goalkeeper Claudia Pueschner was named to the All-NSIC Third Team while sophomore forward Alexis Legg and freshman forward Sylvia Fehr were All-NSIC Honorable Mentions.

Keirstead knocked in four goals with an assist in her 15 NSIC games played. Three of those goals came in a two-game span and she scored the game-winners against Northern State and Wayne State.

Pueschner started all 15 NSIC games in net for the Vikings and posted seven shutouts during the conference season (in addition to three combined shutouts). Those seven shutouts came in consecutive contests from Sept. 22 to Oct. 13 as Pueschner went 749:43 minutes of game time without allowing a goal. She is currently third in the NSIC in save percentage with a .882.

Alexis Legg totaled four goals and one helper in her 15 NSIC contests this season. Legg scored those four goals in a five-game span and recorded the game-winners against Upper Iowa on Oct. 13 and Minnesota Crookston on Oct. 25.

Fehr started 14 of the 15 NSIC contests this season and has played in all 15. The freshman scored two goals and tallied two assists in those matches and has been a huge offensive threat for the Vikings all season.

The Vikings look to stay hot in their NSIC Tournament semifinal matchup against Minnesota State on Friday in St. Paul, Minnesota. Kickoff is slated for 11 a.m.
