TOPEKA, Kan. -- The Augustana men's tennis team fell 7-0 to Washburn at the Topeka Country Club in Topeka Kan. on Saturday night.

The Vikings fall to 6-8 with Saturday's loss to the Ichabods. Washburn improves to 7-4 with the victory.

Augustana had some solid performances but lost some crucial points throughout the night that led to losing all six singles matches and three doubles matches. The doubles matches only account for one total point in team scoring. The Vikings had a solid effort from North Knewtson and Frank Kelly in No. 5 and No. 6 Singles action on Saturday night. Augustana also lost a close match at No. 3 Doubles, 6-3.
