BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Augustana volleyball's Maddy Guetter has been named the NSIC Offensive Player of the Week the league announced Monday. Guetter helped the Vikings go 2-0 over the weekend while setting a new school record.
 
After the Vikings swept MSU Moorhead on Friday night, Guetter followed with a monster Saturday with a new school record of 34 kills in the match as Augustana topped Northern State 3-2. She tallied a .459 hitting percentage as part of her 34 kills and recorded 12 digs for a double-double.
 
In the match against MSU Moorhead, the junior outside hitter totaled eight kills and 10 digs. For the season, she leads Augustana with 202 kills, an average of 3.61 per set.
 
Augustana, who is riding a six-match winning streak, travels to Minnesota State on Friday and Concordia-St. Paul on Saturday.
