SIOUX FALLS, S.D.-- Augustana women's soccer returns to Morstad Field this weekend for NSIC matchups with the Minot State Beavers on Friday at 4 p.m. and the UMary Marauders on Sunday at 1 p.m.
The Friday afternoon contest is the Pups at the Park promotional game presented by Earthwise Pet. Dogs are welcome to join to watch Augustana soccer for this one game, but must be on a leash. Dog waste bags will be provided.
On Sunday, Augustana celebrates Senior Day for its eight seniors on the roster. The match is presented by Tires, Tires, Tires and will feature the opportunity for a fan to win a $200 gift card at halftime. Scarves will be given out to the first 50 fans in attendance.

The Games
The Vikings are 6-3-2 on the season with an NSIC record of 5-1-2. During their last three matches, the team has scored 15 total goals while allowing none. This will be the first weekend in October where the team kicks off at Morstad Field.
Minot State enters the afternoon contest atop the NSIC standings with an 8-0 record in conference action and a 9-2 record overall. The Beavers are 4-1 on the road this season. Minot State is 3-9 against Augustana all-time, with its last meeting in conference play in 2019 being a loss against AU.
UMary has a record of 7-1-3 overall and 6-0-2 in NSIC play. The Marauders are 3-7-1 all-time against Augustana. UMary's last win against the Vikings was in 2012.
The Beavers
Minot State is currently undefeated in NSIC conference action this season. The team is 9-2 overall, seeing its only losses in nonconference contests. The Beavers are entering the match with Augustana having defeated Northern State and MSU Moorhead at home last weekend.
Minot State has scored 17 goals on the season while holding its opponents to seven. The leading goal scorer is redshirt senior Sofia Lewis who has tallied eight goals so far and has also picked up 34 shots on goal.
Redshirt freshman Sofia Galvez leads the Beavers in assists with three this season. Maddie Kindred has been the only goalkeeper to see action for Minot State and has faced 65 shots. Kindred's save percentage is 0.903.
The Marauders
UMary is also undefeated in conference action, only giving up two draws to St. Cloud State and Northern State. The Marauders have allowed their opponents to score six goals, and UMary has tallied 14 on the season.
Hannah Richter, Kendra Park and Brianna Ramey all have scored three goals each, leading the Marauders in goals. Richter also leads the team in assists with three, and shots on goal with 19.
Junior Madisyn Waltman holds down the goalkeeper position at UMary. She has faced 41 shots on goal and has tallied a save percentage of 0.872.
The Vikings
Augustana has scored 15 goals in their last three matchups. The team enters the weekend homestand with 24 goals on the season, only allowing nine goals against. The Vikings are currently unbeaten at Morstad Field with two 1-1 draw and two victories.
Sylvia Fehr has shown a strong performance this season, having set the record for most assists in a game with three, set an all-time individual record for assists in a season with nine, and also leads the nation in assists. Fehr also has one goal, scoring against Sioux Falls in the team's 4-0 victory.
Seniors Alexis Legg and Carlie Kray have shown out for the Vikings this season, scoring four goals each. Kray scored her fourth goal against Southwest Minnesota State in AU's most recent contest. Senior Savannah Ellender received NSIC Player of the Week honors after scoring her first-career goal in the last match, also marking her first career goal.
Goalkeeper Jillian Barkus has made 11 starts for Augustana. Barkus has a save percentage of 0.820 and has made 41 saves for the Vikings.
