BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Augustana's
Kyle Saddler has been named the NSIC Offensive Player of the Week. The Viking quarterback earns his first weekly honor this season after tossing an NSIC-high six touchdowns on Saturday.

In all, the native of Frisco, Texas, accounted for all seven touchdowns scored in Augustana's 52-24 win at Bemidji State. He finished 23-of-37 for 316 yards with no interceptions. He also rushed for nine yards and a touchdown in the victory.

The 4-0 Vikings have scored at least 43 points in all four contests this season and rank second in the nation in points per game with 46.8 per outing. Saddler himself ranks third in the nation for points responsible for per game with 25.5.

Saddler's weekly honor is the second of the season for AU as
Peyton Buckley earned the league's Defensive Player of the Week last week.

Augustana, ranked No. 22 in the nation entering this past Saturday's contest, is at Sioux Falls this coming Saturday for a 1 p.m. kickoff at Bob Young Field.
