LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Augustana's Mary Pardo is the NFCA Louisville Slugger Player of the Week. Pardo, a senior from Andover, Minnesota, earns her first national weekly honor and was previously announced as the NSIC Player of the Week.
 
Pardo recorded video game numbers over the past week while helping the Vikings go 6-0. She owned a 1.579 slugging percentage while hitting seven home runs. She batted .474, totaled nine hits and drove in 15 runs. Over her nine hits, seven were the aforementioned home runs.
 
Augustana is 26-7 on the season, ranked No. 13 in the country and is in first place of the NSIC with a 10-2 mark.
 
Pardo is the fourth Vikings to receive NFCA Player of the Week honors, joining Kaylea Schorr (2018), Maggie Kadrlik (2019) and Kendall Cornick (2021).
 
The Division II Player and Pitcher of the Week awards are voted on by the NFCA Division II Top 25 Poll Committee, which consists of two head coaches from each of the NCAA's eight regions.
