BOX SCORE ST. PAUL, Minn.--Augustana soccer defeated the Concordia-St. Paul Golden Bears in the NSIC opener, 1-0. The Vikings earned their first win of the season and served CSP their third shutout loss. Augustana improves to 1-2-1 and Concordia-St. Paul drops to 0-3-1 on the season.
The Vikings totaled five shots on goal and 12 total shots while Concordia-St. Paul also sent five shots towards the goal with 10 total shots.

GOAL (AU) 21'- Morgan Keirstead sent a rocket past the CSP goalkeeper from 18 yards out after a smooth pass from Kelly Kleekamp split the Golden Bear's defense. The assist is Kleekamp's second of the season.
