ORLANDO, Fla. – The Augustana women's tennis squad picked up two wins in Orlando, Florida, this weekend against Michigan Tech, 4-1, and Embry-Riddle, 4-3. The Vikings saw a sole loss on their second day of competition against No. 3 Saint Leo, 4-1. Augustana advances their record to 9-2 with a 3-0 record in NSIC action.

"It was a great Spring Break for both teams," said Augustana head coach Marc Kurtz. "With the women, we are currently ranked No. 16 in the latest national rankings and we went 2-1 on the trip, highlighted by a thrilling 4-3 win over Embry-Riddle. We always have very close matches with Embry-Riddle and this year was no different as it came down to the last match. Aleksandra Kistanova clinched the match for us with a thrilling third set victory."
